There’s a wealth of evidence about the benefits of mindfulness and mindfulness is used within the NHS as a tool for helping people with anxiety, stress, difficult feelings and distress. You don’t need to be stressed or distressed to benefit from mindfulness though! It creates calm, a sense of well being and it can help with relaxation too.
This 121 Mindfulness session will be tailored to you and is suitable to complete mindfulness beginners, as well as more experienced mindfulness practitioners. The session will be recorded, for you to listen to again in your own time. The session will leave you feeling relaxed and renewed.
